Chet H. McWilliams is a 1981 graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Mr. McWilliams received his professional designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College in Bryn Maur, PA in October, 1993. He received his Certified Funds Specialist (CFS) designation in 1994 from the Institute of Certified Fund Specialist in California. Mr. McWilliams is licensed for property, casualty, life and health insurance in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. He also holds a NASD General Securities Principle license and operates a Office of Service Jurisdiction (OSJ) with Jefferson Pilot Securities Corporation.
